From May 24 to 25, 2014, sponsored by Jiangsu Nannong High-tech Co., LTD., co-organized by Jiangxi Ke Animal Husbandry Chain Management Co., LTD., "Beautiful Animal Husbandry in Action - Scientific use of seedlings, cost reduction and efficiency, and Overcome difficulties" Jiangxi large-scale Pig Farm Efficiency Management high-level Forum was successfully held in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province. More than 200 representatives from pig farms in Jiangxi Province attended the meeting, including He Hairong, general manager of Jiangsu Nannong High-tech Co., LTD., and Xiao Cheng, deputy general manager of sales.

"Establish the correct concept of disease prevention and control, take comprehensive disease prevention and control measures, scientific and rational use of vaccines", General manager He Hairong pointed out in the report of "New technology, heart service, new benchmarking - into Nanong High-tech" that the prevention and control of disease needs to respect science and establish the correct concept of prevention and control. Therefore, we must scientifically evaluate the comprehensive role of pig farm introduction, feeding management, environmental control, biosafety prevention and other measures as well as feed, vaccines, drugs, disinfectants, health products and other inputs in disease prevention and control, and cannot emphasize the role of one side and ignore the role of other links. At present, the situation of prevention and control of pig diseases is complicated. Circovirus is commonly carried in pigs, and the phenomenon of sub-health infection is very serious, which not only affects the production performance but also causes serious immune suppression and affects the immune effect of other vaccines. The mutation of blue ear virus and pseudorabies virus made the clinical manifestations of blue ear virus and pseudorabies in pigs diverse, and the wild viral load of immune pigs continued to increase, and the incidence increased. Diarrheal disease is no longer confined to local epidemics, but has become an important killer of swine herds worldwide, and there is no targeted vaccine on the market. Due to the unstable content of vaccine antigen and the condition of multi-pathogen infection in pigs, the positive rate of protective antibody after immunizing swine swine fever vaccine was uneven, and sometimes immune failure occurred. In view of such a complex epidemic situation, pig farms of different sizes should correctly understand the role that various elements of epidemic control can play, select high-quality and reliable vaccines from regular sales channels, and formulate practical and feasible comprehensive epidemic prevention and control measures according to their own conditions.

In view of the current prevention and control of pig diseases, the experts at the meeting made wonderful reports from the epidemic situation, prevention and control technology, vaccine selection, pig farm management and other aspects. Professor Jiang Ping of Nanjing Agricultural University pointed out in the report of "Research Progress on Epidemic Dynamics and Prevention and Control Technology of four hot pig diseases" that "pay attention to respiratory diseases, scientific and rational use of seedlings and drugs, less death is better than more nutrition", aiming at the epidemic status and latest prevention and control technology of four diseases such as pig blue ear disease, porcine circovirus disease, pseudorabies and porcine epidemic diarrhea.

The current epidemic status of pig blue ear disease: 1. It is still the most important disease in the world. 2, the types of clinical manifestations are complex, PRDC is the majority; 3. Virus mutation is accelerating and new strains are forming; 5, the high pathogenicity and the traditional type gradually approaching; 6. It is easily confused with newly emerged pseudorabies.

The clinical manifestations of blue ear disease are complex. In 2013, Professor Jiang Ping's laboratory tested 4124 serum samples, the antibody positive rate was 77.45%, and 244 samples were tested, the virus positive rate was 37.87%, and a new strain with GP3 gene deletion appeared.

In view of the above epidemic situation of blue ear disease of pigs, Professor Jiang Ping proposed the following prevention and control strategies:
1. Adopt comprehensive prevention and control strategies such as biosafety management, feeding management, drug and vaccine prevention and control of environmental factors;
2. Different pig farms choose their own prevention and control technologies, among which biosafety control technology, new feeding mode, drug prevention and health care are common technologies. Vaccine immunization technology and closed colony purification technology are adopted in latent infection fields and unstable fields.
3, vaccine immunization is still one of the important means of blue ear disease prevention and control, in the selection of vaccines need to pay attention to the following points:
(1) The type of vaccine was consistent with the incidence in pig farms. Select the vaccine according to the epidemic situation and master the correct immunization program;
(2) Strengthen the monitoring of blue ear disease variation, timely understand the virus infection status of pig farms, and adjust vaccines and immunization methods;
(3) Sub-healthy pig groups, as far as possible to choose low-virulence strains of vaccine;
(4) Sows strengthen immunity Targeted vaccines can effectively raise antibody levels to reduce viremia is particularly important.

Current epidemic status of porcine circovirus disease:
1. Sub-health infection is very common, affecting the production level of pig herds;
2. PCV2b and PCV2 co-infection increased;
3, the age of onset was delayed, from 45~85 days to 70~140 days, and the pathological changes appeared pulmonary edema type; 4, PCV2 immunosuppression problem is serious, bacterial secondary infection is more.

For the prevention and control of porcine circovirus disease, Professor Jiang Ping pointed out that effective immunization is the most effective means to prevent and control porcine circovirus disease. Professor Jiang proposed a 20-point comprehensive prevention and control plan and suggested the immunization procedure:
Piglets: 2 to 3 weeks old, 1 ml/head, immunized at intervals of 2 to 3 weeks or immunized once at 2 to 5 weeks old, 2 ml/head;
Interparous sows: 5 to 6 weeks before delivery, 2 ml/head, 3 weeks interval to strengthen immunity;
Gilts: Immunized 2 times before breeding, 2 ml each time, 3 weeks apart.

Professor Huang Yumao of South China Agricultural University made a "Reasonable selection and comprehensive prevention and control of blue ear disease vaccine", he pointed out that the current epidemic characteristics of blue ear disease: 1. Most pig farms have been immunized or infected, and the clinical characteristics are not obvious, manifested as abortion and stillbirth of breeding pigs; 2. Sows were infected with bacteria and died from improper treatment; 3, the delivery room diarrhea, joint swelling and nursery streptococcus suis, respiratory diseases increased, the overall pig population disease resistance is low, difficult to keep; 4. Typical blue ear disease occurs in large pigs in individual herds. 5, multi-strain distribution, and constantly emerging new strains. Professor Huang believes that using attenuated vaccine to control blue ear disease is the most economical and simple means at present. The new strategies for the prevention and control of blue ear disease are as follows: 1. Develop vaccines with high safety, short detoxification time and good immunogenicity; 2, the application of reasonable immune procedures - the key is to ensure that the pig population has immune protection without live virus (including vaccine virus); 3, the invention and application of safe broad spectrum antibacterial drugs or additives that do not kill lactic acid bacteria; 4. Biosafety, enclosure structure and production process reengineering.

Ge Junzhen, founder of veterinary medicine technology marketing model and general manager of Shijiazhuang Huajun Animal Pharmaceutical Company, made a report of "large-scale farm management thinking", which was launched from three aspects: the problems that breeding enterprises must think about, the management problems in current breeding enterprises, and the construction of breeding enterprise management system. The current aquaculture industry has the following misunderstandings: 1, pay attention to disease treatment, neglect feeding management; 2, attach importance to breeding technology, ignore the sense of responsibility; 3, exaggerate external factors, ignore internal factors; 4, breeding depends on treatment, making money depends on the market.

General manager Ge Junzhen pointed out that the core of enterprise management is the management of people, and the core of the management of people is to make the best efforts to mobilize the enthusiasm of "people", that is, the "responsibility" of the employees who can be mobilized in the enterprise. For breeding enterprises, under the restrictive conditions, the satisfaction of "interests" of employees is to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. The most important and one of the most effective means to improve the "sense of responsibility" of employees! In the construction of farming enterprise management system, Ge put forward 4335 farming enterprise management system, 1, four management concepts: personnel management is the core, technical standards are the foundation, system construction is the guarantee, incentive system is the driving force; 2, three management principles: step by step management principle, process control principle, the principle of combining responsibilities and rights; 3, three major changes in thinking: from "professional technology" to "enterprise management", from "animal" to "employee", from "personal hero" to "standardized management system"; 4, five management problems: emphasis on results, light process; Standards and methods do not match; The decision-making mechanism is not clear; The incentive system is not scientific; Lack of talent management system.

The theme of "Scientific use of seedlings, cost reduction and efficiency increase, Overcome difficulties together" has been highly recognized and positively responded by the majority of participants. Participating farmers have said that disease control, cost reduction, and improvement of pig efficiency can be gradually realized by breeding enterprises based on their own actual conditions. Under the current breeding situation, it is essential to strengthen their own strength to deal with risks!
