From August 8 to 10, 2013, the sixth phase of veterinary biological products manufacturing workers (intermediate workers) vocational skills training and appraisal was successfully held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. Feng Zhongze, Deputy director of the China Veterinary Drug Supervision Institute, and Wu Binsheng, Director of the Pharmaceutical Administration Department of Heilongjiang Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, attended the opening ceremony and made a speech.

204 candidates from Harbin Veke Biotechnology Development Co., LTD., Harbin Yuanheng Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., LTD., Liaoning Yikang Bio-Stock Co., LTD., signed up for the appraisal. After two days of theoretical and practical examination, 199 candidates passed the appraisal examination.
