I. Product Features
1. Dominant strain: The NJ02 strain of avian influenza (H9 subtype) in the "Xinzhi Jianliu" quadrivalent inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine is our company's preferred strain. This strain represents the first dominant strain isolated from clinical cases in China. Its antigenicity closely resembles that of clinically circulating viral strains, exhibiting strong immunogenicity, robust immune protection, and high antibody production levels.
2. Excellent immunogenicity: Each antigen component in this combined vaccine contains a high antigenic potency, ensuring that each individual antigen can stimulate optimal immune responses and provide comprehensive immune protection following administration.
3. Antigen Concentration: The production of this vaccine has overcome key technological challenges in the combined vaccine manufacturing process, including antigen concentration, multi-component antigen formulation, antigen purification, and potency determination, achieving process innovation with a production procedure that meets international first-class standards.
4. Imported adjuvants: exhibit strong immunogenicity, stimulate the body to produce high levels of antibodies; induce rapid antibody production with high titers and prolonged protection duration; cause minimal vaccine-induced stress, leave few residues, have low viscosity, are easy to draw and administer, and offer convenient injection.
5. Single-dose immunization, cost-effective and labor-saving: One dose prevents four diseases, saving both effort and money. The "New Avian Influenza Reduction Program" quadrivalent inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine is currently the most economical and efficient vaccine for preventing avian influenza (H9 subtype), Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, and egg production reduction syndrome. It significantly reduces the labor intensity of vaccination procedures and stress responses, lowers operational costs by 50%, and enhances efficacy by over 20%.II. Product Usage:
[Ingredients and Content] The vaccine contains inactivated Newcastle disease virus (La Sota strain): 4×10⁸ EID₅₀/0.1 ml; infectious bronchitis virus (M41 strain): 4×10⁶.7 EID₅₀/0.1 ml; avian viral egg drop syndrome virus (AV127 strain) with an inactivated pre-agglutination titer of no less than 1:10,240; and H9 subtype avian influenza virus (NJ02 strain): 4×10⁸ EID₅₀/0.1 ml.
[Action and Applications]Used for the prevention of Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, egg-laying syndrome, and H9 subtype avian influenza in chickens. The immunization period lasts 5 months.
[Dosage and Administration]Immunization should be administered 2–4 weeks before delivery, with a dose of 0.5 mL per animal.
[Adverse Reactions] Generally, no observable adverse reactions have been reported.
[matters need attention]
1. Immunization should only be administered to healthy poultry flocks.
2. Strictly prevent freezing and high temperatures.
3. The vaccine should be thoroughly shaken and allowed to return to room temperature before use.
4. Do not use if emulsion separation, layering, or spoilage occurs.
5. Once the vaccine is dispensed, it must be used within the specified period.
6. During vaccination, standard aseptic techniques must be strictly followed.
[Packaging Specifications] 250 ml per bottle × 40 bottles per box.
