I. Product Features
1. Dominant strains: These strains exhibit high homology with the prevalent wild strains, enabling targeted prevention and control measures. The Newcastle disease strain has been genetically modified using reverse genetics technology to reduce its virulence; sequencing results of the H9 strain demonstrate significant homology with the currently dominant domestic strains and indicate that they share the same genetic evolutionary branch as these strains, conferring strong cross-protection efficacy.
2. Antigen purification: A unique process is employed to remove urate salts and impurity proteins, thereby reducing adverse reactions.
3. Antigen concentration: The three viruses are concentrated via ultrafiltration, resulting in high antigen content and enabling antibody production 5–7 days faster than conventional vaccines.
4. Imported adjuvants: Medical-grade white oil imported from abroad is utilized, with strict quality control ensuring that the vaccine particles are small in size, exhibit low viscosity, and are easily injectable with rapid absorption.
National Standard: For the ND immune group, the HI antibody titer GMT is ≥4 log2; for the H9 immune group, the HI antibody titer GMT is ≥7 log2; for M41, the HI antibody titer GMT of secondary immunized serum must be no less than 4 times that of primary immunization. Our company's internal quality control standards far exceed the national requirements and demonstrate consistent quality stability.
II. Product Usage
[Action and Application]Used for the prevention of Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis in chickens, and H9 subtype avian influenza. Immunity is developed 14–24 days after vaccination, with an immunization duration of 3 months for chicks and 6 months for adult chickens.
[Dosage and Administration]Administer by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection into the neck. For chicks under 4 weeks of age, administer 0.3 mL per bird; for chicks aged 4 weeks or older, administer 0.5 mL per bird.
[Adverse Reactions] Generally, no observable adverse reactions have been reported.
[matters need attention]
1. Vaccination is only permitted for healthy poultry flocks.
2. After administering basic immunization with the Newcastle disease vaccine and the live vaccine against infectious bronchitis in chickens, subsequent vaccination with this vaccine can enhance the immunoprotective efficacy against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis in chickens.
3. The vaccine should be thoroughly shaken and allowed to reach room temperature before use.
4. Vaccines must be used within the same day after administration.
