  • Product Description
  • I. Product Features

    1. Broad-spectrum:

Selected from high-quality strains with broad coverage and comprehensive cross-protection. The Newcastle disease virus strain A-VII is a genetically engineered attenuated strain of type VII developed through 17 years of research by Academician Liu Xiufan and his team at the Chinese Academy of Engineering using reverse genetics technology. It exhibits strong immunogenicity and complete compatibility with currently circulating strains, providing effective immune protection while also reducing viral transmission.

After immunized chickens were inoculated, the viral load and excretion levels in the A-VII strain group decreased by 10 to 100 times compared to those in the La Sota strain group.

The H9 subtype avian influenza virus strain WJ57 was selected from the currently dominant circulating strains in China and incorporates advantages of other prevalent strains, exhibiting excellent immunogenicity and cross-protection.

    2. Efficient:

It exhibits high antigen content, excellent immunogenicity, rapid antibody production post-immmunization, and high antibody titers.

    project

Comparative advantages of strain A-VII over strain La Sota

    Antibody production rate

The antibody levels rise rapidly after immunization, occurring 7 days earlier than those of the La Sota antibody.

    HI potency level

The titer is high, with the HI value being 2 log₂ higher than that of La Sota.

    availability

The genotype of this vaccine strain fully matches the currently dominant epidemic strains in China, providing excellent protection against Newcastle disease (ND) epidemic strains. It is the preferred choice for effectively preventing and controlling both highly virulent ND strains and atypical ND cases.

    Antibody duration

The duration of effective protective antibodies was two months longer compared to that observed in the La Sota study.

The antibody levels rise rapidly after immunization, with a peak occurring 7 days earlier than that of La Sota antibodies.

Results: As shown in the table, low doses of the vaccine can induce high levels of antibodies and demonstrate superior resistance to highly virulent infections compared to other Newcastle disease vaccines.

Results: As shown in the table, no viral shedding was detected on day 7 post-inoculation, indicating that Nannong Hi-Tech Xinliu qing exhibits strong cross-protection against H9 subtype avian influenza strains isolated from different regions and can inhibit viral shedding.

    3. Refining:

This vaccine employs high-quality imported adjuvants to ensure consistent quality. Based on internationally recognized premium medical white oil, it is specifically formulated according to carbon number distribution criteria. The vaccine exhibits low viscosity and minimal immune adverse reactions, facilitating injection and absorption. It achieves sustained antigen release, continuously stimulates the immune system, promotes faster and higher antibody production, and maintains prolonged efficacy.

    4. Pure:

Antigen purification was performed using a continuous centrifugation process to remove urate salts and abundant impurity proteins, thereby reducing adverse reactions.

    5. Safety:

Strict quality control measures are implemented, including monitoring of vaccine emulsification efficacy, viscosity testing, and endotoxin control in semi-finished antigens. The production process adopts the "High-Tech Unique" methodology employed by internationally leading vaccine manufacturers, ensuring vaccine homogeneity, stability, purity, and enhanced safety during use.
