I. Product Features
1. Dominant strain:
1) The attenuated strain A-VII of genotype VII NDV developed using reverse genetics technology;
2) It fully matches the currently prevalent strain, exhibits excellent immunogenicity, provides effective clinical protection, and additionally offers the advantage of reducing viral transmission;
3) It not only effectively prevents and controls Newcastle disease in chickens but also effectively controls Newcastle disease in geese.
2. Safe and efficient:
1) After inoculation with the virus, the viral load and excretion levels in the A-VII strain group were reduced by 10–100-fold compared to those in the La Sota strain group.

2) Compared with the conventional vaccine La Sota, the induced HI antibody levels were 2–3 log2 higher, and antibody titers peaked one week earlier.

3. Unique adjuvant:
Based on the use of internationally high-quality medical white oil, this is the only vaccine in China that customizes white oil according to carbon number distribution standards.
4. Advanced Technology:
The production process employs the same technology used by internationally leading vaccine manufacturers.

5. Strict Quality Control:
Monitor vaccine emulsification efficacy to ensure uniformity and stability of the vaccine. Perform viscosity testing to maintain process consistency. Control endotoxins in semi-finished antigens to guarantee vaccine purity.

II. Product Comparison
1. Comparison between the recombinant inactivated Newcastle disease virus vaccine (A-VII strain) and the inactivated Newcastle disease virus vaccine (La Sota strain):
superiority
Comparative advantages of strain A-VII over strain La Sota
Antibody production rate
The antibody levels rise rapidly after immunization, occurring 7 days earlier than those of the La Sota antibody.
HI potency level
The titer is high, with the HI value being 2–3 log₂ higher than that of La Sota.
Antibody duration
Compared to the La Sota strain, strain A-VII exhibits a prolonged duration of effective antibody immunity by 2 months.
availability
The genotype of this vaccine strain fully matches the currently dominant epidemic strains in China, providing excellent protection against Newcastle disease (ND) epidemic strains. It is the preferred vaccine for effectively preventing both highly virulent ND strains and atypical ND cases.
2. Comparison between the recombinant inactivated Newcastle disease virus vaccine (A-VII strain) and the inactivated vaccine based on the wild-type isolate (VII strain):
Strains used for the preparation of inactivated vaccines
A-VII strain
Wild virus isolate

VIId hypotype
VIId hypotype
virulence
Not pathogenic to chickens
100% mortality rate among vaccinated chickens
production engineering
Highly concentrated and quantitatively prepared seedlings
Not concentrated, posing a risk of toxin dispersion

108.5EID50
107.3EID50
safety
Formaldehyde content: 0.05%, safe
Formaldehyde concentration of 0.3%, indicating stress
Immunogenicity
Effective protective antibody titers are achieved within 2 weeks of immunization and persist for 4 months.
It does not provide effective protection for four weeks after immunization.
III. Product Usage
Action and Use: Used for the prevention of Newcastle disease in chickens and avian paraviral disease.
Dosage and Administration: Administer by subcutaneous or intramuscular injection into the neck. For chicks under 3 weeks of age, administer 0.3 mL per bird; for chicks aged 3 weeks and older, administer 0.5 mL per bird. For geese under 4 weeks of age, administer 0.5 mL per bird; for geese aged 4 weeks and older, administer 1.5 mL per bird.
Adverse reactions: Generally, no observable adverse reactions were observed.
Matters need attention
1. Vaccination is only permitted for healthy poultry flocks and waterfowl.
2. Inspection is required prior to use; products exhibiting discoloration, emulsion breakdown, leakage, or contamination with foreign substances must not be used.
3. The vaccine should be thoroughly shaken and allowed to return to room temperature before use.
4. Vaccines must not be frozen or stored in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.
During vaccination, the needle should be replaced promptly, and aseptic techniques must be strictly observed.
6. Once the vaccine is dispensed, it must be used within the specified period.
7. Remaining vaccines, used vaccine vials, syringes, and similar items shall be disposed of through harmless treatment methods.
8. Prohibited use within 28 days prior to slaughter.
