II. Product Description

Ingredients and Content: Avian Infectious Bursitis Virus Strain B87 (CVCCAV140). Viral load per bird unit varies.
Less than 103.0 ELD50.
Properties: Spongy, porous masses that readily detach from the bottle wall and dissolve rapidly upon addition of diluent.
Function and Application: Used for the prevention of infectious bursitis in chickens.
Usage and Dosage: For ocular administration, oral administration, or injection. Dilute according to the dose specified on the vial label with normal saline, sterile water for injection, or cold boiled water; applicable to all breeds of chicks. Based on maternal antibody levels, it is recommended for use at 14–28 days of age.
Precautions: (1) For use exclusively in vaccination of healthy chicks. (2) During water vaccination, the drinking water must be free from disinfectants such as chloride ions; the water should be clean, and metal containers must be avoided. (3) Prior to water vaccination, water supply should be discontinued for 2–4 hours depending on regional conditions, season, and feed requirements. The water dispenser should be placed in a cool location away from direct sunlight.
Packaging specifications: 10 bottles per box; 1,000 doses per bottle.
Storage and shelf life: Store at 2–8°C for 12 months; store below –15°C for 18 months.
