Pathogen: Newcastle disease virus, belonging to the  Paramyxoviridae; exhibits a single serotype but significant variations in virulence, with highly virulent strains demonstrating high mortality rates.

(2) Chickens of all ages and breeds are susceptible, with rapid transmission that can occur via air, feces, personnel, equipment, and other vectors.

(3) Clinical manifestations are diverse (including rapid visceral involvement type, rapid pulmonary-encephalitic type, respiratory crisis type, etc.), leading to high mortality rates, a sharp decline in egg production, neurological symptoms, and significant economic losses.

1. Pathogen: Influenza A virus (H1N1), belonging to the Coronaviridae family, exhibits numerous serotypes with weak cross-protection and high mutability, leading to continuous emergence of new strains.

2. Epidemiological Characteristics:

(1) Highly contagious, with a short incubation period and rapid transmission.

(2) It primarily induces respiratory symptoms (rales, cough, mouth breathing), renal lesions (mottled kidney), impairs oviduct development in laying hens, and reduces egg production quantity and quality (abnormal eggshells with thin contents).

(3) The prevalence of different serotypes or variants poses significant challenges to prevention and control efforts.

II. Strain Characteristics

1. La Sota strain (NDV strain)

(1) A benchmark classic: One of the most widely used and longestestablished Newcastle disease vaccine strains worldwide.

(2) Excellent immunogenicity: Capable of inducing high levels and sustained antibody production.

(3) High safety profile: This strain belongs to a low-virulence, mild type, balancing immunogenic efficacy with vaccination response, thereby ensuring a highly reliable safety profile.

2. LDT3-A strain (IBV strain)

(1)Nephropathogeniclike" attenuated strain: Isolated from prevalent Chinese infectious bronchitis virus (IBV) strains by Researcher Liu Shengwang of the Harbin Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It is genetically close to the major field strains and has good antigenic matching.

(2) Broader protective spectrum: Provides more extensive and effective cross-protection against respiratory-type, renal-pathogenic type, and most variants, addressing immune failure caused by serotype incompatibility.

(3) Excellent immunogenic efficacy: With moderate replicative capacity in the respiratory tract, it effectively stimulates robust mucosal immunity while exhibiting low renal tropism, thus reducing the risk of renal injury post-immunization.

III. Product Features

IV. Product Usage

Action and Use: Used to immunize chickens of various ages against Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis.

Usage and dosage: (1) Add a small amount of pre-cooled sterile physiological saline at 2–8°C to the vaccine vial and dissolve the vaccine completely.

(2) Dilute 2,000 vaccine doses in a total volume of 60 mL of sterile physiological saline; dilute 1,000 vaccine doses in a total volume of 30 mL of sterile physiological saline; and dilute 500 vaccine doses in a total volume of 15 mL of sterile physiological saline. Mix thoroughly by shaking. (3) Use a pipette to administer the vaccine, administering 0.03 mL per chicken via nasal instillation (1 dose per bird).

Adverse reactions: No significant adverse reactions were observed.

Matters need attention：

(1) Only healthy poultry flocks should be vaccinated.

(2) After dilution, store the vaccine in a cool place and use within 4 hours.

(3) Nasal drops should be administered using pre-disinfected droppers, bottles, or other appropriate instruments, with the immunization dose accurately measured.
