Product Introduction
1. Industry Pioneer
One of the first products in China to receive an official approval number from the Ministry of Agriculture.2. Dual Tropism
The strain targets both the respiratory tract and the intestinal tract, providing more comprehensive protection.3. Triple Protection
Effectively protects against conventional Newcastle disease, virulent Newcastle disease, and atypical Newcastle disease.4. Safe & Potent
The strain has been carefully attenuated and screened for low virulence, excellent safety, and high efficacy.
National standard: potency ≥ 106.0 EID50 per unit; internal control standard: potency ≥ 106.5 EID50 per unit, both exceeding the national standard with stable product quality.

5. Wide accessibility:
Easy to use: Can be administered via eye instillation, nasal drip, oral administration, or spray. Widely applicable: Suitable for poultry of all ages from 1 day old onward.
II. Disease Epidemiology
Clinical manifestations caused by Newcastle disease:
Sub clinical or atypical symptoms are frequently observed, along with refractory respiratory symptoms that improve with medication but recur upon discontinuation. Some cases present with these characteristics.
The medication showed no significant efficacy.
2. During the breeding process, sporadic deaths were observed intermittently; however, no abnormalities were noted in the entire flock. Affected chickens exhibited yellowish-white, greenish loose feces, and some individuals displayed neurological symptoms.
3. During the laying period, abnormalities are observed in egg production rate, shell quality, and shell color.
4. Mixed infections may occur with bacterial diseases such as Escherichia coli infection and mycoplasma infections.
III. Product Comparison
1. ICPI values of different Newcastle disease vaccine strains

Note: ICPI is a key indicator for assessing strain virulence; a lower ICPI value indicates weaker virulence.
Results: As shown in the table, strain N79 exhibited the lowest ICPI index and the weakest virulence.

Note: Strains JS02/06 and F48E9 are stored by our company and both belong to highly virulent NDV strains.
Results: As shown in the table, the N79 vaccine requires only a low dose to induce high levels of antibodies and demonstrates superior resistance against highly virulent Newcastle disease infection compared to other Newcastle disease vaccines.
