Hazards of Porcine Circovirus Disease
Porcine circovirus disease (PCVD) is primarily caused by Porcine Circovirus Type 2 (PCV2), with a wide range of clinical manifestations, including Postweaning Piglet Multisystem Failure Syndrome (PMWS), Porcine Dermatitis and Nephropathy Syndrome (PDNS), Proliferative Necrotizing Pneumonia (PNP), Congenital Tetrapnea (CT) in newborn piglets, and reproductive disorders in sows. Additionally, studies have shown that PCV2 can induce immunosuppression in pigs and is one of the major pathogens responsible for Porcine Respiratory Disease Syndrome (PRDC). The disease was first reported in Canada in 1991 and subsequently emerged in countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Japan, and China. At the 20 th International Conference on Swine Diseases in 2008, PCVD was designated as the leading disease threatening the development of the swine industry.
The primary measures for PCVD prevention and control are enhanced feeding management and vaccination. Vaccnation effectively reduces the incidence of PCVD and improves production performance in swine populations. In 2010,Jiangsu Nannong High-Tech Co., Ltd. successfully developed the first-generation domestically produced inactivated circular virus type 2 vaccine Yuankeqing. The introduction of Yuankeqing broke the monopoly of imported circular virus vaccines and achieved the highest number of approved batches issued for domestic circular virus vaccines for consecutive years.Yuankeqing has significantly reduced PCVD prevention costs and contributed to the development of China's pig farming industry.Product Features of Yuankeqing
Domestically Isolated Strain With Fully Inactivated Virus and Intact Protective Antigens
The virus was isolated from domestic infected pig populations, exhibits high specificity, and its inactivation process does not compromise the antigenic components while preserving the integrity of protective antigens, thereby providing effective protection to pigs.
The viral cultivation method is unique, characterized by high viral titer and elevated vaccine antigen content.PCV2 virus is cultured using PK15-B1 cloned cells (patented cells) without serum-based virus recovery procedures, yielding a viral titer of no less than 107.0 TCID50/mL in the semi-finished product. Deep filtration technology is employed to remove cellular debris, resulting in a more purified product.
Biphasic Adjuvant Elicits a Faster and Longer-Lasting Immune Response.
Using imported adjuvants, the vaccine exhibits low viscosity and minimal irritation, inducing a protective immune response within 2 weeks post-vaccination that persists for up to 4 months.

Capable of Inducing High Levels of Antibodies, Safe and Efficient
• Piglet immunization is not interfered by maternal antibodies, ensuring safety and reliability, and effectively prevents porcine circovirus disease.
• First-time breeding sows should receive two immunizations prior to mating, with an additional booster dose administered before farrowing, which significantly enhances their reproductive performance.
• Prepartum immunization of breeding sows can effectively prevent early infections in piglets.High Cost-Effectiveness, Significantly Enhancing the Production Efficiency of Pig Farms.
The experimental data demonstrate that:
1. Immunization of piglets can effectively induce the production of PCV-2 antibodies.

2. At 25 days post-immmunization, infection with PCV2 resulted in a significant reduction in viral load within lymph node tissues
3. Prenatal immunization of sows can effectively protect piglets, significantly reducing morbidity, mortality rates, and medication requirements.Immunohistochemical group

Use of Yuankeqing
piglet : 1.dminister a single intramuscular dose at 14-21 days of age,2mL per head (not recommended for pigs older than 35 days); 2. In farms with severe infection pressure, administer the first dose at 14-21 days of age at 1mL per head, followed by a booster dose every 2-3 weeks at 1 mL per head.
Reserve sow: The vaccine should be administered intramuscularly approximately 45 days prior to mating, with intervals of 3 weeks, followed by a booster dose of 2 mL per head.
Breeding sows: The vaccine should be administered intramuscularly approximately 45 days before delivery, followed by a booster dose every 3 weeks at a dose of 2 mL per head.
Specifications : 20 ml per bottle; 100 ml per bottle.
Matters need attention : The vaccine should be warmed to room temperature before use.
