  • Product Description
  • Background information

Porcine Respiratory Disease Syndrome (PRDS) is a syndrome caused by various respiratory infections. This disease not only leads to direct mortality in affected pigs but, more severely, results in a 5%-25% decline in feed utilization efficiency, a 5%-25% reduction in weight gain rate, and a delay of 15–20 days in market age. Additionally, it causes prolonged carriage of multiple pathogens,
significantly impairing the economic profitability of the swine industry.

Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (M. hyopneumoniae) are recognized as the primary clinical pathogens responsible for porcine reproductive and developmental disease (PRDC), while vaccination serves as a critical measure for controlling infections caused by PCV2 and M. hyopneumoniae.
The use of a combined inactivated vaccine against PCV2 and M. hyopneumoniae can reduce post-weaning morbidity and mortality rates in piglets, enhance daily weight gain, shorten market age, and significantly lower breeding costs.

    Product Features of Yuanzhiqing

The use of whole-virus and whole-bacterial inactivated antigens demonstrates definitive immunogenic efficacy.

Using inactivated antigens ensures safety and stability, eliminating concerns about re-virulence.
Complete inactivation of both the virus and bacteria preserves all protective antigenic determinants, guaranteeing reliable immunogenic efficacy

Employing High-Density Culture and Chromatographic Purification Techniques to Enhance Antigen Content and Purity.

The porcine circovirus type 2 antigen is produced using high-density culture of cloned PK-B1 cells, purified by ultrafiltration and chromatography, with an antigen purity of no less than 90% and a concentration of no less than 1x107.0TCID50/head.
The Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antigen is produced using Nanong High-Tech's patented culture medium and high-density fermentation process, with an antigen content of no less than 8x108CCU per dose.

The Use of a Novel Water-Based Adjuvant Significantly Enhances Vaccine Efficacy and Safety.

The vaccine employs a novel water-soluble sustained-release adjuvant to synergistically enhance the immunogenic effects of both antigens, with a protection duration of no less than 4 months. Characterized by low viscosity, it is easy to administer without leaving residual deposits at the injection site, significantly reducing stress-related risks.

The Antigen of Porcine Circovirus Type 2 Exhibits a Synergistic Effect With the Antigen of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae in Pigs.

The full viral antigen of Porcine circovirus type 2 exhibits synergistic effects with the antigen of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae; compared to monovalent vaccines, combined vaccination induces higher antibody levels.

The Vaccine Offers Excellent Cost-Effectiveness and Significantly Enhances Production Efficiency in Pig Farms.

·Rapid and sustained production of effective antibodies against Porcine Circovirus type 2 following immunization
·Effectively reduces pulmonary lesions caused by Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae
·Reduce the incidence of disease and mortality rate in piglets, improve daily weight gain, and shorten the market-ready age.
·Reduce the likelihood of secondary infections caused by other pathogens and lower the incidence of epidemics.

    Use of Yuanzhiqing

Immunization method: Intramuscular injection in the neck, 2 mL per head.
The first dose should be administered to piglets aged 14–21 days, followed by a booster dose at the same dosage two weeks later.
Precautions: To be used exclusively for vaccination of healthy pigs; the vaccine must not be frozen and should be protected from high temperatures or direct sunlight; restore the vaccine to room temperature before use and shake thoroughly; the vaccine should be consumed immediately after opening, with any remaining vaccine, vials, or syringes requiring proper disposal; standard aseptic techniques must be followed during administration.
    Specifications: 20 ml/bottle, 100 ml/bottle.
