Hazards of Porcine Circovirus Disease
Porcine circovirus disease (PCVD) is primarily caused by Porcine Circovirus Type 2 (PCV2), with a wide range of clinical manifestations, including Post-Mating Wasting Syndrome (PMWS) in weaned piglets, Porcine Dermatitis and Nephropathy Syndrome (PDNS), Proliferative Necrotizing Pneumonia (PNP), Congenital Tetrapnea (CT) in newborn piglets, and reproductive disorders in sows. Additionally, studies have shown that PCV2 can induce immunosuppression in pigs and is one of the major pathogens responsible for Porcine Respiratory Disease Complex (PRDC). The disease was first reported in Canada in 1991 and subsequently emerged in countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Japan, and China. At the 20 th International Conference on Swine Diseases in 2008, PCVD was designated as the leading disease threatening the development of the swine industry.
Jiangsu Nannong High-Tech Co., Ltd. specializes in PCVD (Porcine Circovirus Disease) solutions and has continuously intensified its research and development efforts on circular virus vaccine products. After six years of dedicated work, the company successfully launched the upgraded version of "Yuankeqing " in 2016: the Inactivated Porcine Circovirus Type 2 Vaccine (SH Strain, II) – Yuankeqing Jia.

The vaccine strain employs the dominant and highly virulent PCV2B strain prevalent in China, exhibiting strong immunogenicity.
A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the full-genome sequences of 136 prevalent PCV2 strains in China, leading to the identification of selected PCV2 SH strains and overcoming the technical challengesl associated with obtaining strains exhibiting high immunogenicity.
Using a Novel Inactivating Agent Ensures Complete Hydrolysis With No Residual Products
·Using a novel nucleic acid inactivating agent ensures complete water solubility post-inactivation and preserves the integrity of protective antigens.
·The inactivating agent is completely hydrolyzable and leaves no residual residue.A Genuine Pure Water Adjuvant, Free from Stress Factors
·A sustained-release water-based adjuvant provides a longer protection duration.
·It exhibits excellent needle penetration, is easy to inject, and causes no irritation. The PCV2 Antigen Detection Technology Has Been Established for Controlling Critical Stages in the Vaccine Production Process to Ensure Vaccine Quality.
The vaccine antigen content remains stable and can be controlled within a specific range.
