I. Product Features
1. Three serotypes with comprehensive protection
The vaccine covers three serotypes of prevalent bacterial strains (A, B, and C) and provides protection against attacks from currently dominant circulating strains.
2. Low stress and high safety
The nano-scale international standard aluminum adjuvant was effectively employed to adsorb endotoxins. After immunization with a double dose of vaccine, the flock exhibited normal mental status, with normal water intake, feed consumption, and behavior, and no adverse reactions were observed.

Vaccines were prepared using currently prevalent strains in the market (Type A HN3, Type B HN5, and Type C SD3), achieving an immune protection rate of 80–100% against challenge infection.

4. Utilizes a high-density fermentation process with high antigen content
The immunogenicity of Pasteurella gallinarum is closely correlated with the viable bacterial count. Therefore, this product employs a high-density fermentation culture process combined with continuous centrifugal purification technology to ensure that each milliliter of vaccine contains 1.0×10⁹ CFU of Type A live bacteria, 2.0×10⁹ CFU of Type B live bacteria, and 3.0×10⁹ CFU of Type C live bacteria prior to inactivation. This ensures optimal immunogenicity while inducing sustained protective immunity in the host.

5. Rapid antibody production with high titers and prolonged protective duration.
Using high-quality aluminum-based adjuvant and a unique manufacturing process developed by High-Tech, effective titers of HI antibodies can be achieved within one week after immunization. Within 28 days post-immunization, the titer of type A HI antibodies reaches up to 8.2 log2, type B antibodies to 6.1 log2, and type C antibodies to 6 log2. The protective duration is prolonged, with an immunization efficacy lasting up to 6 months.

II. Usage and Dosage
Administer subcutaneously or intramuscularly in the neck region. For chickens aged 8 weeks or older, use 0.5 ml per bird.
Precautions: 1. For use exclusively in vaccination of healthy chickens.
2. The vaccine should be thoroughly shaken before use and pre-warmed to room temperature.
3. Vaccines must be used within the same day after administration.
4. Avoid freezing; frozen vaccines must not be used.
5. Standard aseptic techniques must be followed during vaccination.
6. Used vaccine vials, equipment, and unused vaccines shall be disposed of through harmless treatment methods.
III. Packaging specifications: 500 ml/bottle × 20 bottles/box; 250 ml/bottle × 40 bottles/box.
IV. Storage and Shelf Life
Store at 2–8°C; shelf life: 18 months.
V. Disease Epidemiology and Prevention
Infectious rhinitis in chickens is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by Avibacterium paragallinarum. Clinical manifestations include swelling of the suborbital sinuses, nasal discharge, and facial edema, which can reduce egg production rates in laying flocks by approximately 10% to 40%, severely compromising flock health and causing significant economic losses for poultry farmers.
Infectious rhinitis in chickens primarily occurs during winter and spring, particularly in winter. Chickens of different ages and breeds are susceptible to Parafleckella, especially those aged between 61 and 360 days. The main sources of infection are diseased or asymptomatic birds, which transmit the pathogen to other flocks via respiratory droplets and dust, or through contaminated water and feed via the digestive tract. The incubation period is short, with rapid onset of disease; in the absence of concurrent infections, the course typically lasts 2–3 weeks. If affected birds are not treated promptly, adjacent flocks can become infected within 1–3 days after exposure, and the disease may spread throughout the entire flock within 5–7 days.
This disease has a significant impact on poultry flocks. Although medications can alleviate symptoms, the condition is prone to recurrence and drug resistance may develop. Vaccination remains the most effective measure for preventing this disease.
